Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

This website incorporates a UPS / FedEx / USPS Quick Estimate Shipping Systems Calculators. This means shipping costs are automatically calculated with approximate shipping charges based on your "ship to" address for smaller items, small packages and other types of ground shipments.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for all orders processed through this and our other sites: , - all part of the Consortium Group. If you do not wish to sign for the package(s), please add details to the special instructions section of the checkout form and so specify; If no signature is required, FedEx / UPS / USPS will drop the package off at your front door. We will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after the package is delivered.


CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel an order after 72 hours of order entry and it has been "entered" into the MPO SYSTEM - there is a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. 



For Non Special Order Items, the Original item or items MUST be returned first, in order to exchange defective or damaged parts. We will not replace merchandise (without charge) unless the item is returned at the time of exchange. If merchandise is defective, the customer will be refunded the full replacement part price after parts are returned and tested. We have 48 hours from the time of delivery to file a damage claim with UPS / FedEx / USPS , so please:

  • inspect all packages at the time of delivery and always confirm the item box count before signing the driver's paperwork to be certain you are not signing for boxes you did not receive;
  • If boxes are "damaged" please note any damages or shortages on the drivers paperwork. Simply refuse any package with significant exterior damage.
  • Defective and / or Faulty, DOA (dead-on-arrival) or incorrect merchandise shipments will be picked up at our cost for replacement or refund. Please call for a return Authorization Number.
  • All warranted merchandise must be returned within warranty time limit provided by the manufacturer. Warranty periods vary by manufacturers.
  • All Returns must be processed to proper authorized return facility or destination. Please call for a Return Authorization Number.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you may return the product for a refund within 10 days of purchase, There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non special order products returned; Shipping charges are  non-refundable.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with a SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCT as so designated in your order comments - any returns must be approved for partial refund within 10 days of receipt; There will be a 35% to 50% "restocking fee" on all SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCTS that are accepted by us and returned with RA#; Shipping charges are  non-refundable. No Refunds Are Processed Without Returns of Merchandise. 
  • ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Merchandise needs to be in new condition and in the original unopened or unused packaging. If merchandise is in used, installations made and removed etc. or worn condition these cannot be re-stocked or sold as new. Do not ask us to return such goods - we will ship the item back to you at your cost; Shipping charges are  non-refundable.
