When Ordering Replacement Balances, please provide the following information and get it right the "first time"..  

1. Provide the (see illustration) Balance Stamping ID Code
2. Specify Terminal Shoe / Clutch Color - White, Black, Blue or Brown.  
3. Specify Top or Bottom Sash. 
    NOTE: The balance for the top sash is in the exterior track and has a short S−hook.
    The balance tube for the bottom sash is in the interior track and has a long S−hook.
4. For 1 3/8" Thickness Sashes - if "other please specify". 
5. Balances are sold in "pairs only" (as specified for proper installation). 
6. In some applications a part number will not be available. Provide as much of the above information as possible from Illustrations.
7. Specify Type "A", "B", or "C" Style (as outlined in Style or Type in Illustrations)
