When Ordering Replacement Balances, please provide the following information and get it right the "first time"..  

1. Provide the (see illustration) Balance Stamping ID Code
2. Specify Terminal Shoe / Clutch Color - White, Black, Blue, Brown, Green or Other.  
3. Specify if for Top or Bottom Sash.     
4. PLEASE NOTE: Normal units are for 1 3/8" Thickness Sashes - if "other please specify". 
5. Balances are sold in "pairs only" (as specified for proper installation). 
6. Some applications may not be available. (send pictures and see parts Id tab). 
7. Specify the Bracket or Flange Type Jamb Liner you have? (see Illustrations).
